我昨天第一次做,我觉得味道比外面的好吃,哈哈哈

云吞皮不是,买的,自己弄得话,太耗费时间了.

口水鸡做法来了

Ingredients: boneless chicken legs, spring onion, ginger, garlic, white saseame, Chinese cooking wine(这个我觉得可有可无)

Dressing: soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, red chilli oil

  1. Add some water to your pot, then add cooking wine, ginger, garlic, spring onion and the chicken legs in the water. Boil the chicken legs. (I used pressure cooker cause the it makes the meat softer and a lot easier to chew.)

  2. Once the chicken is done, take the legs from the pot, then put them into some cold water. ( You don’t have to do this if your lazy.)

  3. Make the dressing now. Add lots of veggie oil into your pot. Once it is hot enough, add spring onion, garlic, ginger to stir fry. Put the dressing into the pot and stir fiy it for a little while. When it is done, turn off the oven. Add some saseame oil when the pot is still warm.

  4. Pour your dressing on the chicken, garnish your dish with white saseame and spring onion.
