楼主是不是找的和制造业有关的工作呀？ 因为manufacturing companies 的 procurement team 专门负责计算每次采购多少货物， 每次得根据生产情况，存货量，市场销售预测和Supplier给的batch order discounts等等，来算购买量。 最笼统的算法就是economic batch quantity… 不过在大型，复杂的公司来说肯定就有更多的variants了。

BPA quotation refers to calculating a price of an employer’s pension scheme, usually its because those employers find it too expensive to maintain the scheme and wishes to sell it to insurance companies so that they won’t be liable to those pension obligations anymore
Many companies in the UK have previously operated defined benefit pension scheme, a lot of the schemes are closed now - research on the UK pension system will be useful
