我都说了年初的那份ho business plan（http://www.number10.gov.uk/wp-content/uploads/HO-Business-Plan1.pdf）现在number 10官方网页上公布的 （http://transparency.number10.gov.uk/transparency/srp/view-srp/40/54 ）就没有什么大差别，ho就是按照原定日程在进行而已。work route和family route本就是并行的，所以同时进行consultation也没什么毛病，两者都还在进行中，一个是13/07-06/10 一个是 09/06-09/09，再就是出result和implementation日期不同，一切以官方公布的数据和计划为准。

请问一下：年底配偶重申是个什么意思？？？？ 那现在想申请的人们到底是应该抓紧时间赶快申请呢? 还是应该等到年底出台以后再申请？反正都是要重申？
同问。对于已经申请得到2年配偶签的，2年以后要申请续签3年嘛？ 还是按照现有的条例，2年以后申请pr?
同问，如果已经拿了配偶签证的，应该是按照旧法实施的吧，不然也太坑人了。 不清楚这个重申是什么意思？难道已经拿了的还要重新申请，这不太可能的吧？。。。
