我的父母这次已经在英国超过180天，但是她的签证还有1年多才到期，所以她现在不需要申请新的签证。
我看了下面的Assurance request的说明，这个说明说只针对于那种签证过期的情况。

看他们的一个加黑的说明，就是下面这一段，我的理解是，Home office好像特别说明如果签证还有效，就不用提交这个Assurance request，我的理解对吗？
If you already have leave in the UK and planned to extend your leave when it expires or have decided to stay in the UK, you do not need to complete this form. Please continue to apply using the appropriate online application form.
反正找不到任何关于 180 天的说法
看到几个过180天的发过邮件，都没有收到回复，可能真的不需要？

你这种情况虽然不是visa expired before 31st August，但是属于leave expired before 31st August。
要申请assurance。

To allow time to make the necessary arrangements to leave the UK, if you have a visa or leave that was due to expire between 24 January 2020 and 31 August 2020, you will be able to stay within the UK until 31 August 2020.
需要申请的。我妈妈也是这个情况，我申请了，HO回复里有一段：
During this time, you will not be regarded as an overstayer or suffer any detriment in any future applications. However, you must make plans to leave the UK prior to the date that your assurance expires. If you do not leave on or before this date, you will be classed as an overstayer.

如果没法确定新机票的日期，可以直接说一个计划的返程日期吗？
机票买的是往返票，返程有效期是一年，但是航空公司给我们说，没有飞北京的飞机。只有飞上海的商务舱。商务舱太贵，而且老人身体不好，不想在上海隔离2周。家在北京，在上海没有任何亲友可以关照。
记得提交证据的指示里写着需要confirmed flight ticket，应该是需要一个具体的回程日期的
英航有飞北京机票卖。我们也是飞北京，之前航空被取消，到现在也没复行，我们也不要上海。但是现在这边政策重点是定好行程，确定要走，没有意图借口留下来，当然，那个机票如果说不飞了，也不怪我们不走就到时再说了。
那个机票如果又不飞了 HO也不会再给延期了吧。。。
这是非你所能控制的，HO应该会有所考虑面临这个问题。
会不会，不给你confirm，只是告诉你收到申请了，就是考虑这个因素呢，更让时间flexible一些。万一定了机票，也给你confirm，可那天航班取消了，人走不了，怎么办？

哪里可以附上机票的改签信息呢？只在下面这个空里填写就行了吗？没找到哪里可以附上确认信的地方？

另外，HO reference number, BRP reference number 和 GWF reference number在哪能找到呢？
父母没有BRP卡呀，签证就是在护照上。
GWF的只找到老妈的，另一个怎么都找不到。不填就不让‘submit form’

确认邮件后，网页显示，

但是没有收到任何reference number，邮箱里，junk email都看了，没有邮件。提交了申请之后的显示页面（见下），也没有reference number呢？
