我PHD12月份的毕业典礼，但是7月份我就完成了答辩，学校会出具证明信证明我已经完成学业和将在12月份拿到毕业证书。根据home office上写的：
If you are unable to provide a certificate of award (for example, when the application is made before your graduation), this letter must also include:
details of the body awarding the qualification; and
confirmation that the certificate of the award will be issued.
我觉得肯定可以申请。但是有个疑问是，在Eligibility里面，有一项Date of award of qualification, 里面是描述是：
You can claim 15 points if your qualification that you are claiming points for was obtained within the 12 months immediately before your application for permission to enter or stay (known as ‘entry clearance’ or ‘leave to remain’) as a post-study worker.
The date on which you were first notified in writing, by the awarding institution, that the qualification has been awarded is the date on which the qualification was obtained (known as the date of award).
We will not accept that the date of award is the date of graduation.
As long as the date of award is no more than 12 months before the date of application, we will award the points.
根据这个描述，没有提到说将要awarded算不算是在12个月里面啊？还是说理论上来讲，将要awarded已经自动算是没有超出过去12个月这个限制了，所以肯定也可以拿来申请？
希望有在毕业典礼前用学校证明信申请过PSW的朋友帮忙解释一下，非常感激！
