Forest Hill是英国三区有名英国居民区，安静、安全、环境优雅。步行10分钟可到Horniman 博物馆和花园。步行10分有Sainsbury ‘s 大超市和Currys 电子超市等。

We have 2 double bedrooms for rent for University students. Our home is just refurnished and it’s located at a safe& quiet residential area, which is ideal for uni students.
2 double bedrooms tenants are sharing a large Victorian style bathroom upstairs, while we are living downstairs.
There are new double beds, mattresses, wardrobes, bedsteads, studying table & chair, & chest drawers. All wooden floor and carpet in the hall way & stairs.
Only 10-15mins walk to Forest Hill station (15 mins via overground to Canada Water, Canary Wharf; 15mins via train to London Bridge)
There’s a big living room where we put new leather sofa, new HD 49" Samsung TV with over 100 channels and online movie access to Netflix, Amazon, Virgin Media& Sky.
Our kitchen is renovated with new Oak cupboards and Quartz worktop, where all the cooking devices are supplied if it’s needed. Central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas cooker, & hood are all newly replaced.
Therefore, we are looking for clean, considerate & genuine students who can share this lovely new home with us.
£150 per week rent covers all the bills including broadband/internet, tv, phone landline, water, gas, electricity, council tax, as well as a cleaning service once every other week.
My partner is British who can also speak Mandarin. And I can speak English, Mandarin and a little bit Japanese.
