出租的房子电安全检查有3个c2怎么办？

网上找的做检查的，检查出了三个c2。
负责检查的人说他们不做维修，所以给不了我quote {:5_129:}
请问大家：
我现在是不是要找别的人给quote？
光靠这几句，在网上能看出来毛病和大概费用吗？
还是要人上门看呢？

第一个c2：
DB : 5.12.4 for cables concealed in walls / partitions containing metal parts regardless of depth [522.6.203] - No
原因

第二个c2

第三个c2

原因

not designed by the manufacturer for use in Zone 1 (701.55) Bathroom Light
