我目前学生签证10月13日过期， 我现在已经毕业了，申请了新学校，新课程， 9月6日开学。。。

我怎么看到 学生签证 Policy 说： Students applying from inside the UK 110. If you are applying to continue your studies in the UK, your new course must start within 28 days of the expiry of your permission to say or, if you have overstayed, within 28 days of when that period of overstaying began.

好奇怪。。。

这是说，我只有9月13日才能提出申请吗？

不是，那个28天的意思是你课程开学那天比你签证到期那天迟28天以内才能在英国申请，超过了就得回国签。

只要你课程比10月13晚不到28天，你资料准备好了的话现在就能申请啊
