我男朋友是在国内签，今天去北京签证处问，可气的是北京使馆的人居然还没有听说！！！！！！！说是在等UK这边的信儿呢。。。。。。

楼主没看懂人家说的什么， postgraduate certificate和postgraduate diploma都是只拿到毕业证，拿不到学位证的那种。要拿到degree才能申请
那么igs转psw还能延迟一年么？？

以前得过IGS但是后来又转去学生了, 现在不能再申请PSW了.
现在是IGS的可以申请再延长一年.

Why I cannot find this quatation from the link given after your message?
The only thing I found is for the Tier 1 (Highly Skilled Worker), the applicants will not receive any points if their current VISA is PSW and was granted based on the Certificate and Diploma.
