Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) changes from 31 March
10 March 2009
New rules apply if you make a Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) application on or after 31 March 2009.
If you are applying now with student immigration permission, you must not have had immigration permission under Tier 1 (Post-Study Work), or under the International Graduates Scheme, the Science and Engineering Graduates Scheme or the Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme at any time in the past. You can still apply if you have immigration permission now under one of these work routes and you want an extra year under Tier 1 (Post-Study Work).
You will no longer be able to apply on the basis of a postgraduate diploma or a postgraduate certificate. The only exception is if you have a UK Postgraduate Certificate in Education. You can still apply if you have a degree (or an HND from a Scottish institution), or under the transitional arrangements for an extra year.
If you have already passed your postgraduate certificate or diploma and you meet all the other requirements, including the maintenance requirement, you should ensure that you submit your application (by post or or in person) before 31 March.

意思是说只有本科可以申请，master不能申请吗？？本科可以申请psw的话，即使找到工作又不够资格申请高技术移民，这不是很矛盾的事情吗？？？还是说我理解错了？？？？？？？？？

另外我听说以前，在苏格兰的msc 给2年签，现在如何了？
SCOT的那个政策去年就废除了 现在全英统一标准是PSW

本科毕业多久之内才可以申请啊？我本科毕业一年多了啊。到时候就两年了，是不是不可以申请啊 
上面的意思是一定要拿到学位证书才可以申请，也就是说以前读master即使没有及格毕业都能申请的被废除了。
拿到本科和硕士学位的还是能申请的呀。

就是说，以前的master签PSW ，如果你别的课都过了，就dissertation没过，你能拿diploma,也算研究生结业，但是没有硕士“学位”，不是honor,以前的PSW， 这样的也可以；现在的PSW，你必须是有“学位”的，每门课都要过。尤其是大毕业论文，不能抱以前即使不过也有证的心理，一定要过才能签PSW。

为什么这么多mm会误解的呢？大家仔细看看ho的条文，自己去理解下就知道了呢。
为什么误解政策的帖子一个接一个…难道master都读了还是分不清certificate 和 degree的区别啊
