房租：一个月 £480 (calendar month), 包水电WIFI bills, 最少住1个月, 押金为一个月房租 (£480)。
位置：Beckton, E6 6NJ （东伦敦3区）。年轻家庭住宅区，治安良好。
房间设备:
双人床(包床垫)连存储抽屉，书桌和椅子，衣柜，额外的存储空间， 共用厨房和厕所
交通：
非常方便，房东也在Central London工作：
6 minutes walk from home to Beckton DLR station
30 mins to Canary Wharf
40 mins to Bank
50 mins to Oxford Circus
Night bus from Covent Garden area

去超市超级方便，超大ASDA 在 Beckton Station 旁边，离家5分钟
15 minutes walk from Tesco Extra, B&Q, Argos
20 minutes walk to the river (great for jogging!!)
