我正在办AN, ILR通过10年永久居留, 只能提供2010签发的护照, 因之前护照丢失.
NCS要我提供2008-2010间的Residence证明, 他们不接受Bill or Bank Statement.
我出示 从 HO 的 SAR 回来的文件, 包括HO内部批核过去的ILR及其之前的visa, 及police reg的号码. 但是他们仍然是说要我去提供文件证明.
我反驳NCS, HO 系统内 under 我的reference, 有所有过去申请签证时用过的文件, 包括2008-2010年间visa的资料(包括SAR回来所看到的Case Sheet)
NCS 在第二天与HO caseworker 通电后, 仍然告诉我要我提供2008-2010间的Residence证明.
他们接受payslip, 但是我的HMRC status 是非自顾,非受雇,也没有领取public fund, 无法出示任何payslip.
我有注册一公司, 过去5年到现时是一直是dormant, 要到明年才能正式运作. 公司有cooperate cert, 及有固定 accountant.
请问各位高人, 有没有什么提议, 提供些什么文件能够证明residency? 请问所谓的 other government departments 是指那些? police reg 不能用吗？

You should provide your passport. If you cannot provide your passport, you should explain why on page 13 of the application form. If you do not provide your passport, you should provide letters from employers, educational establishments or other government departments indicating your presence in the UK during the qualifying period.
同时因为现在的HMRC status, NCS 说填unemployed, 说有可能 HO 会问我i如果维持生活. 虽然NCS没有向我索取最近的bank statement, 但是最终HO会否要求提供Bank statement? 如果需要的话是否要提供过去5年??
