93年还算短吗？上次有个朋友买的新的也只有125年。那要多久的lease 才保险啊？

不会啊，贷款都不会有问题。80是一个砍儿，因为80年以下的lease extension 会多一倍。另外，拥有房产2年以后才可以申请lease extension。所以，83年之前买都可以。可以让卖家申请extension，你继承就好。95年没有必要extend呢
