国内续签ACCA被拒签，急！

因为回国签证，但是拒签了！
因为我在英国待9年了，中间念过CAT和ACCA虽然都有过科，但是没有学完，续签的时候找了新学校继续签ACCA!
但是给的拒签理由是
You have claimed 30 points for a valiad CAS but you CAS does not metion your previous 9 years studing in the UK. As your CAS was issued after 4 july 2011 it must state that your course represents academic progression or enhances your previous study at the same level.You have provided not evidence you have completed or attended any of the courses you were issued entry clearance for and have not provided any evidence regarding type of courses or level of the course you claim to have attended.
i am therefore not satisfied that you have a valid CAS and you have not been awarded any points for the CAS. You therefore do not meet the requirements to be granted entry clearance under Tier4 and I refuse your application under paragraph 245zv of the immigration rules.

我签证到期的最后一年没有考试，前几年虽然每次续签也都有成绩，但是签完之后成绩单都扔了。有没人大神知道怎么办呀！

又是一个七月新规则下cas不合格的:L lz的学校不会也是那种阿x开的A类的小college吧？
如今规则要求cas至少要有一两句话说明申请的课程是从前学的递进的高级课程，或者一个有益补充之类的，lz从的在acca上总共申请了多少年的签证？要是超过了默认的3年应该需要有比较合理的解释才好，至于证据看看能不能从acca补个官方的exam report吧？或者从前学校的信之类的，然后再从新学校重新开个合乎标准的cas，包含之前的progression已经被assess了之类的话。重新申请碰运气吧。
如今的academic progression的新规则就是明年degree课程不得超过5年的新规则的铺垫和前奏，釜底抽薪防止凑年头的。
话说lz当初应该把握起见在最后一年读个uni课程的，把握性大些。另外有dependent、spouse路可走的话，也可以考虑一下了，毕竟签证不可以断开6个月的。

但是我是英国的中介帮我办的，我人在国内呀！中介建议我做100w英镑的投资移民。。可是我要有100w英镑干点啥不好呀。。。
现在不知道学校能不能给出具新的CAS呀！俺现在是真心想学呀！！！！

现在的问题是签证官不是很相信lz是真的想继续学acca，之前acca年头多了再申请自然就变难了，从前学校的成绩信找找看吧，acca的官方成绩单看看能不能补吧，毕竟再需要新cas的话要提供从前的progression给学校，然后让他们按照lz过去的年头和进步来写明他们对lz的assessment才行。

因为当时签证处也打电话询问了这几年的学习情况！！！！

光写cover letter恐怕没用的，因为新规定下cas上该有的组成部分一个都不可以少，关于academic progression的详细解释可以参看官方指导

376.If the student is taking a further course in the UK you must confirm that this is academic 376. progression in the ‘evidence provided’ box on the CAS. When the course is at the same level or a lower level you must justify this as progression. When we visit you, we may also ask you to show why it is academic progression and how you assessed it.

  1. If you do not confirm the student’s academic progression on the CAS we will refuse the student’s application. We will take action against you
    if
    you cannot show how you assessed the progression, or we are concerned about how you
    • assessed it; or
    we find, after you have assigned a CAS stating that there is academic profession, that
    • there is no academic progression.

所以还想继续申请同样的t4的话，需要和学校好好沟通了，看看他们需要那些材料然后再衡量一下吧。good luck

那是不是如果申请更高等级的课程就不用出示以前学习的纪录？？？

那如果用administrative review呢？？？

这个要看sponsor的态度的，有的可能会要的全面些，有的可能只要一些最高学位和最近学习经历之类的，这要看lz从前的历史了，所以说当初lz要是申请个uni的master或者phd的话，麻烦估计会小得多。

如果CAS给出，但是签证的时候是不是还是要出具以前的成绩一类的东西呀？？

这个也许是需要的，CAS上应该有明确说什么样的evidence需要上交ho，原则上是给sponsor看了什么就要给ho什么，总之还是要看sponsor了。
另外一点要考虑的是不知道该case worker在casenote处是否写了什么，要是写了什么不利的话，下回再申请t4难免会被scrutinise {:5_134:}
lz现在的签证何时结束？注意六个月的限制，所以找个把握的方式再试试看吧。
标题太普通了，改成个acca续签被拒之类的稍微长一点的标题吧。
