你有什么要说的，要给的理由，可以先解释给律师听，律师觉得可以拿出来说，那自然会采纳。
你总不能坐着，指望着律师给你想个说法吧？律师毕竟不清楚你的个人情况和教育背景的。。。。
很多事情,MM主动点，你觉得需要补充的，需要说什么的，可以主动写给律师，记得要抄送律师的助手。
一般材料都是律师助手整理好再给律师的。律师是不会有时间什么都follow的
律师是很忙的，你也没什么机会直接和他们接触，平时只会由他们助手来接待你。。
他的助手一定要我写。至今为止他们没有帮我直接和学校联系过。
关键他们今天也写信告诉我抄袭的事情已经有结论了的，所以我有点不明白我是不是还要解释。刚刚写信问了一下，但是他们没有回。

我告诉了律师我的背景和过去的经历，然后问了他关于这件事怎么解释，他就让我说实话。但是不肯给我更多的建议，因为我只付了exam那件事的钱。。。所以我要是让他听听我的解释的话，我就要付钱。。。

可是MM的诚信完全没有问题，之前的错误是因为对reference不懂造成的而非有意抄袭~这次被学校认定作弊是因为当时老师没有给你机会解释做出的武断决定~用之前的错误来试图证明你这次的作弊，毫无公平可言！！！完全没有公理！欺负留学生！

学校只是让你向他们确定星期四的Panel Hearing你是不是要去（是关于考试作弊的问题），还是你觉得他们可以在你不出席的情况下给你定论。
MM，信中完全没有提到你以前抄袭的事。英国是一码归一码，不会追究以前已经处罚的事，不象国内。他们不提，你实在没有必要提。如果你要出席星期四的Hearing的话，告诉校方一声。至于带谁出席，如果律师没时间的话，你还是带个朋友同学英文好点的，起码可以给你提个醒通通气。
