1） 6月11日在GOV的网站上提交了10年永居申请。当时只有一个选项，Standard Service，打电话给GOV说Priority Service开通时间不知道。想着与其等Priority Service可能花好几个月，还不如先交了Standard Service再说，因为有些朋友说Standard Service如果快的话也就1个月左右，当然慢的也有超过6个月。
2）之后从GOV的网站预约appointment转跳至UKVCAS的的网站，发现所有的service points都没有任何appointments可以预约。打电话给UKVCAS，说要等待他们的邮件，收到邮件后，系统中才有位置可以定。于是等了一个多星期，UKVCAS网站还是没有任何appointments可以预约，也没有收到UKVCAS说的这封邮件。
请问有没有情况类似的朋友来交流一下？大概要多久可以等到UKVCAS说的这封邮件？谢啦！
五月中提交的申请，情况跟你一样，没有slot可以预约，也没收到通知预约的邮件

保守估计要一两个月至少，现在很多之前很多预约的都推后了，还没有处理完

We’re making changes to our systems this weekend so we can return to normal booking processes. These changes will enable us to offer appointments to customers who have not previously booked with us. 这周打电话给UKVCAS，说可能2周，也可能更长时间。他们一般说得都是比较保守吧？
麻烦请问一下，您提交申请的时候，相关的文件是需要马上寄给Home office吗，还是等他们通知再寄？我现在有计划七月下旬回国两个月，有点想先提交这个申请，反正也要等很久，到时拿着护照回国之后再回来约UKVI走流程，不知道可行不？谢谢！
你好！材料不需要马上寄，GOV网站交完申请表后，下一步是预约按指纹。
感谢回复，那您知道护照是在什么阶段提交吗，是按指纹的时候还是要等通知？
别客气。去按指纹的时候，应该要带护照的。护照是否会被收走我不是很确定，可以问问其他朋友。

朋友你好，今天登录系统所有points都没有空位。你用的是standard还是priority？
要等发给你们邮件，然后你进去系统，才会有位置显示的。我是6/13收到的邮件，开放了6/22-7/26的appointment给你。
Taking a phased and organised approach
In order to be fair to everyone, we are now opening up the booking system in date order starting with people who registered with UKVCAS before the 27th March but did not have an appointment. We are working from the earliest to the most recent registrations as we think this is the fairest and best approach to take. If you are one of these customers, you will have an email from us on the 21st or 22nd of June asking you to book an appointment. The email will have full instructions about next actions.

We’re trying to be as fair as possible, opening up the booking system to more people in phases based on registration dates, starting with the earliest registrations first. We are committed to opening our booking system to as many customers as possible as soon as we can. Once we reach the date you registered, you will receive an email inviting you to book an appointment.

我是3/27那天，那个时候还有super priority, 在lockdown之前的最后一批。
那也等了不少时间。6月提交申请都没有super priority这个选项了。
