各位大佬好，小弟有一个关于boiler的问题求助。房子的boiler大概有15年了，但是工作基本正常。现在做了一个gas safety certificate以后工人报了如下的一堆quote给我，我个人觉得不太划算。想请教各位，这些是不是有必要做？房子是出租的，这些工作不做的话应该不影响出租吧？谢过各位了！
The engineer attended and carried out the landlord gas safety check. There are several issues that are not to current standards. Both the boiler and the metre need earth bonding Quote 3 hrs labour £229.16 + vat and £60 + vat on materials.
The PRV needs an elbow to turn it back to the wall.
Quote 1 hrs labour £79.16 + vat and £10 + vat on materials this is to stop the pressure relief valve discharge water expelling over somebody should the boiler over pressurised.
Also, the flue collar is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Quote 1 hrs labour £79.16 + vat and £40 + vat on materials.
We have priced all work separately but if the landlord goes ahead with all aspects of work a 10% discount can be applied.
