家里年老失修的boiler终于还是坏掉了，维修费用不低，索性打算换个新的。今天找了一个local的engineer给报了个价，希望西北大哥还有论坛里的各位水友帮忙看一下价格是否合适。（我们地处偏僻的伦敦郊区，所以就没有麻烦西北大哥过来帮我们检查boiler）
TO SUPPLY AND INSTALL WORCESTER GREENSTAR 25 Si COMPACT
WALL MOUNTED CONDENSING COMBINATION BOILER.
GAS SUPPLY
Gas supply requirements are to connect to the existing 22mm supply.
FLUE
The appliance will be flued to the atmosphere via standard horizontal flue.
CONDENSE DISCHARGE
We will run condense to the external drain in 1”1/4 lagged plastic pipe work.
DOMESTIC HOT WATER
Hot water will be supplied via Worcester boiler. The boiler will provide 10.2 liters per minute of hot water at 35°C temperature rise. We will connect into the existing hot water pipe work.
DOMESTIC COLD WATER
All cold water will be supplied via mains. We will supply and install mains expansion vessel to comply with water meter installation.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Electrical supply for heating system will be provided via a fused spur outlet.
This will be provided by the existing supply. We will install Worcester earth bonding strip.
HEATING
We will connect into the existing system.
CONTROLS
We will supply and install 3 x Honeywell VT15EG thermostatic valves to radiators.
MAKING GOOD
We will make good flue hole.
CHEMICAL CLEANING AND INHIBITOR REQUIREMENTS
We will power flush system and add corrosion inhibitor on completion as per boiler manufacturer’s requirements.
To supply and install Spirotech filter ( recommended ) an additional £ 95.00 + vat would be chargeable.
To supply and install Worcester system filter an additional £ 120.00 + vat would be chargeable.
To supply and install Scale master gold limescale filter an additional £ 35.00 + vat would be chargeable.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
To upgrade appliance to 30 Si compact ( 12.3 litres per minute ) an additional £ 95.00 + vat would be chargeable.
To upgrade appliance to 28 Cdi compact ( 11.4 litres per minute ) an additional £ 70.00 + vat would be chardeable.
To upgrade appliance to 32 Cdi compact ( 13.2 litres per minute ) an additional £ 165.00 + vat would be chargeable.
To upgrade appliance to 36 Cdi compact ( 14.6 litres ) an additional £ 260.00 + vat would be chargeable.
COMMISSIONING
The system will be tested, commissioned and left in working order on completion of works.
We will notify The Gas Safe Registration on completion of installation.
WARRANTY
The boiler and controls are covered by a 7 year parts & labour warranty (subject to annual boiler services).
The installation is covered by a 2 year parts & labour warranty (subject to annual boiler service).
NOTE
For a limited period ( 1st July 1015 – 31st December 2015 ) if you specify the options below your warranty will be as stated.

西北大哥，报价包括了安装WORCESTER GREENSTAR 25 Si锅炉的所有费用，想让您参考一下价钱是否合适。报价里面还提到了额外需要付费的部分是filter和可以加钱升级的其他型号的boiler，想问一下您觉得这个filter是不是非常必要，这几款boiler里面哪个性价比要好一些。
