santander也可以，他们只是有个外国national 25% minimum deposit的硬性要求。

问过Santander说不可以申请
就我自身的经验说一下吧。我找halifax申请过2次贷款，2次都是工签身份没有pr。2次申请，每次都是开始担心的不行了，最后1周多就批下来，结果证明自己白担心。我和halifax打过不少交道，halifax的business development manager告诉过我，他们申请贷款是看综合情况 (排名不分先后)：
1.在英国呆的时间
2. 签证剩余时间
3. credit history
4. 押金比例
5. 你的工作合同情况
6. 你的affordability
他明确地和我说，不会单单因为一个签证，就简单的把你拒了。
我们的第一个贷款也是找的halifax。利率不是最好也不是最差那是可以理解的，但是能申请下来就好。
自己找一般都是只能找银行，BROKER可以帮你看看其他贷款机构。
自己找如果非ilr，所有银行都不给你贷，所有。 找broker基本都能贷到，房屋中介推荐的broker就可以。
工签两个工作日从santander拿到贷款，本来说要两周的，结果valuation没用登门做，周五提交，周一就给正式offer了。
你最好换个branch问。有些小镇的branch的advisor没有经验。

我跟老公昨晚刚跟broker见面了，我们找的是Alexander Hall的，从他说话的语气感觉他还不错的样子，他准备帮我们办Santander的，他说Santander和Halifax都不需要看签证，不过Santander的valuation是免费得，Halifax要收500磅，还说到时候有永居的话又可以换银行，那个时候选择性就多一些，可以选汇丰或者post office的
