BRP寄到家里一定要有人签收吗

请问下大家，我收到Home office的邮件说七个工作日我会收到新的BRP,但写了需要我拿证件签收。
可是我平时都在上班，不在家，家里也没人，这种情况是一定要有人签收吗？

追加一个问题，BRP卡之外还会收到一封信吗？说是分开寄送的？一周过去了，我至今什么都没收到。。。

一直夺命连环去DX追问，刚收到回复

是这么说的，但送达的时候那人没查我的证件。 我也是第一次送没在家。你可以 redelivery 到你的工作地点或你朋友家，但你要留证件给他们）。

前一天会发信息给你，当天早上也会发一次。

不可能告诉你具体时间，就是9-5. redelivery的时候可以让你选9am-1pm，还是1-5pm，但要付约£6.

刚刚我打去DX express问，他们说还没有我名下的包裹，我收到HOME OFFICE的邮件一周了已经，是不是有点不正常

肯定要签字的，一般我们都是在家里等着。

第一次送不会提前联系你，要是你不在，没有签收的话，他们会留一张卡给你。按照卡上面的方法，你可以预定某一天，某一地址，让他们再送一次。你也可以让别人代签收，但是那个人需要有你的身份的证明。

my local DX lady was rather strict, neighbours not allowed to sign for u me (even with my ID), and she would check my ID very thoroughly {:5_142:} no time slot, but I could not be home or office all day due to school runs, so she called me when she found noone home AGAIN, I told her my ETA was probably 20mins, then she said she would deliver to others first then come back to me again. In a word, such a pain in the ass {:5_137:}

But at least she called you, this is much better than I expect… I tried to contact them but no one answers the phone and replies my email…
