BTL house的building insurance可以买普通的Home Insurance,而不是Landlord insurance么？
因为这个house的屋顶是100%的flat roof，材质asphalt，找了几家quote，landlord insurance(只买其中buidling 投保）的报价比普通的home insurnace (仅投保building 部分）的三倍，所以请问能不能买普通的home insurance呢？我对landlord contents, rent guarantee等没有要求。
