最近在买btl 的一个小house，各种手续都差不多了，现在银行要我们买保险。
其中有两个条件：1.It is a condition of the Loan that you must take out a suitable Buildings Insurance policy. The cover on this policy must be at least £160,000 and we will require to see a copy of this policy as soon as possible. 2. It is a condition of this loan that you also ensure that TSB’s interest in the property is covered by this Building Insurance policy.
论坛里好多人都说要买landlord insurance, 这个保险好像只满足第二条，没看到在哪里表现出第一条。
如果买building insurance就满足第一条，可是没有第二条。
现在弄的我有点糊涂了，到底买哪个，还是俩个都要买。
