"There were two vertical cracks and one horizontal crack above the double glazed sliding doors. These may be caused by movement of the lintel above the door.
As we were unable to examine the brickwork we would recommend you monitor these cracks over a twelve month period for any further signs of movement.
If there are further signs of movement you should report this to your surveyor/insurer.
If there are no further signs of movement the cracks can be filled during the next redecoration cycle. "
