請問我在申請簽證時 我可以寫buy to let 房子的地址嗎,簽證那邊會查到嗎?而我的房子沒有出租所以沒有收入,可以不需填嗎?以後的稅單也不用填嗎?
我聽broker說,銀行上千萬個客人,不會白天沒事來查你的。這個我相信,但就怕簽證那邊會問buy to let 的房子怎會是自往,這樣子

Council tax bill ? Utility ?
我意思是交稅收時 都不需要寫收租的部分嗎 因為我自住buy to let mortgage 的房子,但沒出租麻
home office和银行会不会共享信息?这个问题没考虑过。

没有收入,就不存在报税。
政府没有real time的出租房的信息。他们可以通过deposit schemes知道。但是你也没有deposit.
人还没来为什么一定要急的买?新到一个地方,当地很多情况都不熟悉,很容易选择不对。还是先来工作住两年再看比较合理一点。
因為我家養了兩只大狗狗,又有一只貓,所以沒太多房東願意租給我們呢,所以就想買一所房子,一了百了,其實只是怕搬屋麻煩

Yes, you can do it if you like. Your tenants will be super happy because they can sue you in court and the judge can order you to compensate the tenant up to 3 time if deposit.
Deposit protection scheme is run by private companies. I am not sure if they share information with government agencies.
On the another thought. According to the GDPR, personal data can only be used for the purpose they have been collected for.

不知道新的gpdr对这个有什么影响, 但是貌似他们已经declare了他们是holds data to provide to gov.
另外不知道是active sharing还是passive sharing.
就是说是要警察investigate crime或者hmrc要调查的时候才回去调TDS信息,要是被调查了那hmrc能得到信息的途径多得很。
它说“any details requested by hrmc”. You can interprete it in many different ways. It may happen only under investigation or it may be a periodic report of all new lettings information sent to hrmc
guardian那篇文章显然是说后者,而且他还说letting agencies share information to tax authorities anyway. 虽然报纸说的是不是可全信不知道,而且那文章也很老了,
话又说回来,即使知道,HMRC也不见得有时间管小鱼小虾之类的。
英国有些地方隔条街,环境,治安,邻居都有天壤之别, 就怕买不好将来还的换,个人意见是对所在城市有比较好的了解后再看。
很多学生租房煤气水电都包 除了合同有名字 其他都没有任何名字 这种小deposit 也需要deposit scheme 吗

Tenancy Deposit Scheme
If you don’t rent your home on an assured shorthold tenancy, your landlord can accept valuable items (for example a car or watch) as a deposit instead of money. The items won’t be protected by a scheme.
解决办法是说租出去了 但是扣了人家宝马车
