我觉得匪夷所思，请教各位那条法律这样规定的。如果有哪里去找相关的法律条文？

这段话有拒绝父母移民的意思？我英文太差，没发现。只说父母不能因为孩子入籍了就自动入为英籍吧？而且一点也不匪夷所思啊，难道娃入籍了，全家都能跟着入籍？哪里那么简单的事？

英文说的意思是， 父母（要移民）并不能只靠‘孩子入籍了’这一事实来实现。
律师的话没错。
楼主理解错了。
律师的意思是，由于你是归化入籍的，所以父母不能因此而申请入籍。言外之意，如果你是其他方式入籍的，父母有可能据此申请入籍。并不是说由于你是英籍，而父母不能申请。
律师的意思是父母不能因为你入国籍而移民，而你理解成了你入国籍了父母就不能移民。
简单的说，律师的意思是说父母不能靠子女移民。
只能说楼主的理解能力牛逼。几个关键字， not simply based on 你孩子是英国人
but also based on 你是壕
