在抢白菜那楼吐槽归吐槽, 正事还是要继续的
这一间虽然说offer被接受了,可是负责的中介S小姐很难联系并且办事很拖(所以等的同时还在各处约房看)
昨天一早broker说S小姐两天没回email, 很多信息不清楚没办法正式提交贷款申请
而下星期一银行会使用新系统,今天(星期五)3点钟不提交,星期一就要所有步骤重走一遍
急忙打电话给中介说明情况(联系不到S小姐),1点半中介经理给我电话说信息已提供给broker了
两点钟S小姐才出现,给了我一律师的报价(说好了让我自己挑的list呢?? )

糊里糊涂出了offer竟然被接受了,
可是卖方有两个条件
to put down a holding deposit of £500. This would only be refunded if there was an issue with either the management pack or a down valuation and you choose to no longer purchase the property.
The second condition is that you would use a recommend solicitor for the purchase of the property.
请问各位大神,issue with the management pack 会是什么?
down valuation 是指银行估价不值我们出的offer对吧?
第二个条件我觉得是agent开的吧,卖方会管我用哪个律师吗?
还有就是那房子里现在还有租客,卖方说要给两个月notice,这我觉得可以接受。
要真的答应给500镑订金,我们除了要求那房子off market,还有什么能要求的吗?
