本人现在面临续签学生签证，要填是不是有犯罪和 civil judgement 的问题啊，civil judgement 到底是什么性质的什么东西啊，小弟就是上次因为通过中介买保险，被一起claim的一群人中的一个，闹的挺大的，大家应该知道，所以现在就不知道怎么填这个了，到底上次通过中介买汽车保险，结果中介自己有问题，结果要求我们取消保险那个事，算不算civil judgement啊，还有如果性质不知道算不算，然后没填，会不会认为是故意不报啊，真难过
那要看有没有接到扣分罚款等penalty，有的话还要看是fixed penalty notice还是已经惊动了court，后者的话，应该说明，翻翻老帖子吧。

If you don’t have a civil judgement on you credit file, then you just answer"NO".
