本人准备9月份入籍，最近在看 Form AN的表。发现上面有个要填civil judgement and civil penalty问题.
之前有一次因为我和室友晚交房租，被房东告到法庭了。收到一封法庭信要求交上所有房租，court fee and solicitor costs。我们后来把钱交上了。但不知道这样算不算civil penalty？
这种情况我究竟要不要填进AN表里面。这样会不会影响到我入籍？

补充一下，我们没有上庭。法院那封信上说：
Do not ignore this claim form. If you do nothing. Judgement may be entered against you without further notice. This will make it difficult for you to get credit.
If you agree with all of the claim and wish to pay it now. Take or send the money, including any interest and costs, to the claimant.
我们就是交了钱。不知道这样算不算civil penalty. 毕竟上面有court fee.
