COA表格填写的问题，很着急，麻烦大家了。。。。

我们都是中国人，我是PSW,他是学生。我的签证还有6个多月，所以要赶快申请了。我想结婚后申请陪读这样。。。。他的签证时间还久一些。

这2个怎么填啊？
