刚进网上银行发现从1月开始每个月底被COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK CD 4845 扣10镑钱，是为啥呢？偶好像不记得有啥消费的呀！！！！
请高人指点
看你开的是何种帐户？有些是要求交月费用的。例如：select account 是不用交月费的，如果是select silver account , 是要交大概少于£10, 还有advantage account 等等，不同的帐户，交不同的月费。
不明白呀？我没有开什么账户呀，，，，并且这张卡我即使出去消费也很少用的，，，最近也没有网上购物什么的:cn06:
要怎么处理呢？明天去问银行能解决不？看了别人的帖子说可以取消的，但我真的不知道申请了什么怎么能取消呢？ 
直接GOOGLE一下不就知道了。。。然後明天打電話給銀行就OK啦。。。

Its a bit of a scam, when i was ordering a load of dvds thru play.com, it said that I won a £10 voucher off my next order, fill in your details…play.com then give those details and your banking details to complete savings, I sent them a snotty email and they have refunded by £10…what a bl**dy cheek!

我也被扣了，打电话给银行， 人家银行说除非你换张卡， 不然他们有你的资料， 我就打给COMPLETESAVE要求CANCEL， 强烈要求退钱， 然后他们说10个工作日给我退回钱， 也不知道是不是真的， 如果下个月还扣， 那我就要换张卡好了
