Does the migrant need to leave and re-enter the uk during the period of approval?

刚刚收到公司的cos，可是上面的这一项公司HR的人选择了Y,那是不是指我要回国申请签证？

个人咋觉得这是问你是不是需要在等待批准的期间离开英国去旅行 。。为啥不直接问 hr 呢

HR的人很麻烦，他们也很晕，所以先上来自己搞清楚一下。
