13年4月的首签，下月准备续签。 请问续签时候COS上experienced level上的薪水，是按照15年4月之前的那个SOC版本来呢，还是按照现在的来？ 两者薪水差2K左右，对于小收入人群来说，还是不少的。。。

现在工签续签的人这么多，是不是都是工薪高的，所以没有这样的烦恼
不知楼主最后是按照哪里的标准续签的呀？现在experienced level要年薪多少呀？
如果你读了 code of practice 会看见这句 “The codes of practice are an integral part of the immigration system relating to migrant workers. These codes supersede all previous codes and apply to all Tier 2 applications made by migrants using
certificates of sponsorship assigned by sponsors on or after 6 April 2015, and all other applications made
by migrants where the date of application is on or after 6 April 2015.”
所以是用最新的
你最初的Cos按照当时的SOC CODE的标准。所以你续签申请COS时当然要按照最新的SOC CODE标准啦
必须要2015年4月版本的，高些的那个工资。加油 祝顺利！
