这个我知道，我也拿到了新的cas，现在我就是想知道，如果我非法滞留了这一段时间，会不会对我以后的移民有影响
超过60天的话是不是很有可能被划分为非法滞留？？

你这个说法跟我们学校的说法不一致，学校说ho是因为太忙了所以不会那么快通知你，不过还是要找律师问一下。

具体时间记不清楚了
借地请教下版主，我的t4学生签到13／12／2012结束，但是目前的acca课程只报到了6月。如果我在今年6月考试之后不继续报课程（但是acca也没考完），剩余半年的学生签是否还继续有效呢？学校会不会上报ukba缩短我的剩余签证？
其实我觉得学校确实没有错，他们在你VISA过期前通知了你了。 他们只是不够好，但是严格来说没有错。 而且你也知道自己有1年的时间差在哪里，确实应该去搞清楚。很多事情要自己去了解， 不能说等着别人来告诉你，拉着你走每一步。你可以说自己不知道，但是到最后承受结果的还是你自己。
我觉得你现在可以马上找个垃圾学校报个什么课程，然后马上申请学生签。无论是否能签成，起码让你脱离了‘过期居留’这个问题，而且能争取时间等3个月的BANKSTATEMENT. 前提是你有这个钱来烧。 要不的话就马上回国，钱存够了再签PSW，也不是回不来。实在不应该冒过期居留这个险，英国以后的政策只会越来越严，不要抱侥幸的心态。

嚴格來說算逾期的, 因為學校都已經先給你朋友說了, 而且無論銀行存款什麼的都不屬於學校和UKBA的問題, 你唯一能說的就只有學校弄錯的那個事, 但是那個跟你朋友銀行賬單存款應該是沒有太大聯繫的
当然确定，收到我就不用发帖了，直接回国，就是没收到才纠结。
学校木有通知，还是我自己觉得有问题去问的，一问真的有问题，假如1月11号那天我不去学校问我到现在还不知道签证会被缩短，现在学校的意思是让我留在这里，如果一直没收到通知就可以申请PSW。
