Double Room within our spacious semi detached house is available now. The house is very clean and tidy which has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. It also has a nice kitchen, a big living room and a conservatory room with access to the back garden where you can relax in peace after a hard day’s work. The room is furnished, with bed, wardrobe and work desk.
You will share with myself, and my husband. We are a very easy going, friendly and considerate young family. Our house has a very calm and quiet atmosphere and is perfect to relax and chill out in.
The house itself is set on a nice road in a lovely area close to Crayford Train Station and it takes approx. 3mins to train station. There are frequent Train services from Crayford Train Station into London with London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street being 35-45 minutes away. The town centre, supermarket and the bus stops are within close walking distance. Also easy access to the A2 and M25 and Bluewater shopping centre is within a short drive.
The bigger double room costs £500 per month and the stand double room costs £475 per month including all bills and wifi. Deposit is one month rent.
