关于Dependant 签证的2个问题

小弟我自己是T4的学生签证，09年初办的，读PhD，签证到2012年3月份。

然后今年9月回国结的婚，老婆之前就是在英国读硕士，签证到还有3个月到2011年1月份才到期。

我想麻烦大家问下，可不可以直接在英国给老婆续签成我的dependant，还是第一次dependant必须要回国。

然后还有个钱的问题，就是我看pbs dependants policy上面说：第12页

  1. Where a student does not have an established presence studying in the United Kingdom, the family member must show that he/she has money for his/her living costs for each month of the students course up, to a maximum of 9 months.

  2. A student with an established presence studying in the United Kingdom must show that he/she has money for his/her living costs for each month of his/her course up, to a maximum of 2 months.

我想问下我这种情况属于哪个范畴里面的？需要提供2个月的钱还是需要提供9个月的钱呢？还有就是这个established presence studying 是什么？

必须回国签

pbs dependants policy是给在英国续签dependent看的

我没有要冒犯的意思，我就是确认下。
其实这个表格，我是在 UKBA 主页上的上的form finder里面找到的，上面还特意写了目前居住在英国，然后想以作为配偶申请dependant 签证（截图一）。然后上面给出的表格就是下面的截图二，我就选择了PBS Dependant 的表格。

也就是说，虽然你人在英国，但是想要签dependant，就是必须要回国是么？十分感谢，有麻烦了您一次

表格用的也不是这个

是LZ你一开始就看错地方，你要看早国内申请的guidance和申请表

你说的PBS dependent 的guidance一开始就写明了，那个guidance是给在英国续签dependent用的

而且第一次申请dependent，和你现在的居住地没有关系的。都必须要回国申请
