我现在是用PSW在英国工作，但是签证到11月底就过期了。男朋友是爱尔兰人，在英国读PhD。准备以unmarried partner身份申请EEA family permit，但是要到今年10月才算正式同居两年。打电话问了home office，说EEA family permit办理时间一般是3到6个月，如果到10月份再申请的话会来不及。。。
又到网上查了如果回国申请，办理时间好像只要几天，不知道可不可以到11月的时候回国去申请了再过来？

你签证11月底过期，你10月份就满2年同居了，时间上来得及申请啊
当然你可以选择回国申请签证出来
但是申请要3到6个月，办下来之前签证就过期了，这算是什么情况？就不能工作什么的了吧。。。
你只要在签证过期前递交了申请，你的PSW自动续到签证结果出来，你还是可以工作的
你好，你说的自动延续是怎么个自动法阿。因为到时你已经把passport交上去了，也没有凭证阿。

自动的意思就是说你什么都不用做。
你申请寄出去后不是有移民局给你发的确认信吗

不是探亲的签证，family permit好像没有时间限制，只要你的EEA national在英国就可以一直跟着呆在这儿吧，不过据说这个签证是一次入境的，还不是很清楚的说。。。
在国内办只要几天是参照UKBA网站上签证办理时间查询的地方
