请问eea国家孩子生在英国是否马上可以申请英国国籍？
可以的。这个主要看eea父母的status和孩子出生的时间。如果孩子是在2006年4月30日后出生在英国的话，申请入籍的时候要么eea父母一方的已经连续在英国居住5年或已经获取永居。
