准备买个flat，leasehold还有110年, 在lease document里规定到ground rent是每25年上涨一次（如下）一直到2079年；也就是说从2079年到the end of the leasehold 2115年的ground rent还没有任何书面上的约定。这会是个问题吗？我看到有类似的帖子提到律师不建议买ground rent涨的过快的房子，像我这种情况会成为问题吗？感觉我的律师对这个不太清楚。谢谢大家了！
• 2004-2029: £80 per annum
• 2029-2054: £120 per annum
• 2054-2079: £160 per annum

谢谢回复。只是没有书面约定后面lease部分的ground rent。不知道在将来卖房的时候是否有问题。还有就是觉得没有规定整个leasehold 期间的ground rent觉得有点奇怪。
