不知道后面的树种是什么，图片上看不清楚。 Oak 就要看红线, it is the worst case。树吸水性影响范围，高距比是1.25. 打个比方，树高是20米，影响范围是25米，离开25米外土壤含水量被树影响的量就微乎其微了。看图片树因该在20米开外吧，如果是这样的话，树这块因该没问题的。1930年的建的很多房子整体质量还是相当不错的。外墙没有修补过的痕迹吗？ 如果是新粉刷的要特别小心的看，仔细看看有没有修补过的痕迹，因为刚补好的话，老裂缝不会马上重新显现出来的。如果是外墙粉刷有些年月了，看看没有裂缝就因该没有问题了。
这里面学问真多！图片中右侧的两棵一棵是梨树一棵像是白桦。左侧跟邻居家搭界的那棵不确定是不是橡树。survey里倒是提了一句关于树和粘土，但是没有发现有任何问题，只是建议要定期修剪。30年代建的房子要有影响是不是该早有了？
