Guide price是什么意思？ 是不能还价吗？
guide price £330 - £360就是在这两数之间吗？ 可以低于330吗？
share of freehold 只有service charge吗？ 还有其他费用吗？
service charge是每年要涨吗？ 还是几年涨一次？

You can offer whatever you want. They can accept whatever they want.
If it is an auction the guide price is usually the vendor’s minimum expectation. Otherwise it doesn’t really mean anything and is similar to saying “offers in the region of”, etc.
感觉这些什么OIRO，guide price都是误导人的说法，其实就是要价，不见得有offer或者有别的依据

一般只要没标fixed price的都可以还价吧，尤其是退欧以后~不过还多还少，主要看卖家着不着急，我只还了3K
