为什么home的人跟我说要14个礼拜才可以查询PSW？

我的psw12月15寄的，到现在已经两个多月了，今天打电话去home,他们说要14个礼拜才可以咨询。可是网上大家都说6个礼拜就可以了。到底怎么回事啊，她是不是敷衍我啊，太过分了。具体应该打哪个电话啊？
