急死了，觉得很凶险了，不知到该不该主动补点材料，不过又不知补什么。天天在家胡思乱想

You can call the HO, or write to them to check whether they still hold your passport. As one of my friend waited quite long time and then found out her passport has been sent back long time ago, and lost!
Don’t chase them up, if you are not in a urgent circumstance. Just say that you want them to confirm they are still in possession of your docs:)
