大家好,剛剛買了HOUSE但從agent收到以下郵件:
The property has been completed and everything has been signed off in accordance with building regulations, however the developers have noticed the landing floor slightly slopes away from the stairs, the inspector that signed off the properties didn’t see this as an issue however the developers raised it as a snagging point when they snagged the property.
The developers are offering you two options which we believe are fair and reasonable.
Option 1
The developer will arrange for the contractors to fix the landing slope (the cost of this is expected to be £5,000) which the developers will pay for, however the works will take around 2 months to fix. Which means you wont be able to move into the property until the works have been completed.
Option 2
You can complete on the property now, as the property has been signed off in accordance with building regulations. The developers will not arrange for the landing to be fixed but they have offered £5,000 as a good will gesture.
真的很糾結,不知道該如何是好. 請問大家有如何看法?
