有关localhero 的问题请教西北大哥

西北大哥，
我的wireless digital thermostat 不工作了。用您推荐的local hero，发了照片和和问题简述。后来他们就 帮我跟一个trader约了个昨天上午8-12点appointment。谁知道约好的时间trader没有过来 ，手机也打不通。后来我联系local hero, trader骗local hero说 他来过了但是没有找到我（怎么可能？我没有离开家半步），还说给了我两个电话留言询问问题详情 （没有）。trader还保证他昨天晚上会再打电话给我 （也没有打）。今天早上忽然收到local hero发来的quote：
Description of Work
Supply and fit new wireless digital thermostat and receiver. Wire all connections as per I.E.E regulations and commission thermostat. 're commission appliance and test central heating.

TOTAL £249.00

您觉得这个trader靠谱可用吗？ trader叫Lee Moloney， 公司叫GWE COMPLIANCE LTD。

我的problem description是这样写的： The flat has gas boiler for hot water and central heating. The wireless thermostat (see image 1) stopped working, it doesn’t control the heating anymore. However the hot water can be turned on using the hot water/central heating controller (see image 2). The central heating cannot be turned on using the controller in image 2. The only way to turn the heating on is by clicking on the first button (override) in image 3. But it only works after the hot water has been on for a while. Possibly heating the water in the water tank increased the water pressure in all pipes.

Local heroes 的好处就是，感觉不好就不接受，没有什么约束的。

你这个情况，eBay 上买一个接收器自己换上就可以了，不到50英镑钱。都是那个四方的接收器坏了。

上来update一下-最后还是用了British Gas home care （Fixed price repair £99 Single payment for boiler repair +12 monthly payments of £23）。 主要是因为对DIY一窍不通 {:5_136:} ，怕买了回来不会安装或者装错。而且有了homecare可以做个service，将来一年boiler出问题的话就可以不用担心了。

最后update 一下，今天British Gas engineer 过来，说得和西北大哥一样，问题出在接收器上。正好他没有带跟我家型号一样的接收器，就帮我换了个HIVE。没有另外收费。意外的惊喜 {:5_136:}。顺带做了个boiler service。 本来我担心如果这个flat要是明年卖掉的话，交的12个月的保费会浪费一些。但他们告知可以转到新买的property上。觉得这个home care真心不错， 赞一个。
