各路大神，麻烦请教大家关于同性婚姻的问题，双方认识10年，交往2年多，一方A目前在英国学生签，同性伴侣B目前无英签在中国，跪求知道答案的人给指点：

谢谢你，这个我之前仔细看过了，非常困惑的是give notice如果需要双方都出席，可是一方在国内需要这个marriage visitor visa才能过来，那岂不是悖论？。。。。
学生签办陪伴很难吧？而且都不到一年就到期了。

give notice我记得只是提交相应文件，不用双方到场。

确实要双方都在场，但可以预约give notice的时间的。拿这个做对应证明材料

但marriage visitor visa是不能在英国转任何其他类型的签证的，即使你要申请dependant，也要回国申！
这个情况还真没有了解过啊
GIVE NOTICE要先预约的，就拿这个预约和付费证明去签证就好。
但是MARRIAGE VISITOR结完婚后必须回国， 是不能转成DEPENDANT的。
官网有说吧 不过对你学生签证也有要求 自己看看吧

如果你是想办个英国的同性婚姻证明但不需要长期留驻英国的 那么marriage visitor visa是可以的 来了结婚以后待最长时间6个月就走

正式的give notice 两个人都必须在场 他们要验收一下护照 然后两个人被单独问一下 基本问题 。。 对方生日啊 工作啊 什么的就可以了 然后就等过了notice 回来庆祝cememony 换证 其实不管同性还是异性 程序都是一样的
