各路大神，麻烦请教大家关于同性婚姻的问题，双方认识10年，交往2年多，一方A目前在英国学生签，同性伴侣B目前无英签在中国，跪求知道答案的人给指点：

  1. 伴侣B可否在国内办理marriage visitor visa 到英国来结婚？
    2.如果办理，需要什么材料，是否需要英国council先出具什么文件？
    3.一旦成功办理marriage visitor visa来结完婚，是否能办理伴侣A的学生签dependent？（2016年1月master学生签到期）
    4.自己办理是否成功概率低于找律师？求问哪家律师行办这种签证比较靠谱？

谢谢你，这个我之前仔细看过了，非常困惑的是give notice如果需要双方都出席，可是一方在国内需要这个marriage visitor visa才能过来，那岂不是悖论？。。。。

确实要双方都在场，但可以预约give notice的时间的。拿这个做对应证明材料

You can only give notice at a register office if you have lived in the registration district for at least the past 7 days.

但marriage visitor visa是不能在英国转任何其他类型的签证的，即使你要申请dependant，也要回国申！

GIVE NOTICE要先预约的，就拿这个预约和付费证明去签证就好。

但是MARRIAGE VISITOR结完婚后必须回国， 是不能转成DEPENDANT的。

如果你是想办个英国的同性婚姻证明但不需要长期留驻英国的 那么marriage visitor visa是可以的 来了结婚以后待最长时间6个月就走

另外表格有個具體的wedding plan需要填
用這些材料申請marriage visa
give notice需要雙方到場，且要在英國呆夠兩週還是9天

请问您是否知道，对方能以旅游签过来一起give notice吗? 然后回国办理marriage visitor visa，再以这个签证来英国结婚？

多谢，您说的相关证明指的是预约时候的文件吗？也就是说一方去预约就可以，但是正式give notice时候是需要双方在场的？

正式的give notice 两个人都必须在场 他们要验收一下护照 然后两个人被单独问一下 基本问题 。。 对方生日啊 工作啊 什么的就可以了 然后就等过了notice 回来庆祝cememony 换证 其实不管同性还是异性 程序都是一样的
