准备填表申请配偶签证但在medical treatment 那一项要是填写yes的话接着会会出现一下treatment start date-treatment end date .这是该怎么填？是从注册gp起那天填还是填有预约见了gp后的日期填。实在有点混乱！麻烦@ukelvin 达人john 等进入回答！谢谢！

要单纯的注册gp当然不用填，你具体接受过什么治疗总有个开始和结束的吧？具体的日期对于这个问题本来其实不必很精确的，而且就算精确也可以找回当时预约第一次接受consultant的日期到最后治疗结束的日期。
对呀！在英国期间生了两胎中间间隔两年那是不是就是从怀第一胎那年写起至生完第二胎那年结束。
