其实不是吓的。。。说实话。以前挺多人是拿着diploma来申请PSW的。。。

那万一论文不pass的话。。就不能有psw了。。。还不吓吗

我咋觉得我理解的意思是，如果你现在是用学生签证申请PSW，你不可以以前申请IGS/SEGS OR FT，简单的说就是不能申请两次吧，我觉得是这个意思，不知道对不对
