Section 1(3) applications - children born in the United Kingdom to parents who are now settled in the United Kingdom
If the child’s parent has become settled in the United Kingdom or becomes a British citizen, the child will have an entitlement to register as a British citizen. This registration would be under section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act 1981.
If you were born in the UK on or after 1 January 1983, you are a British citizen if at the time of your birth one of your parents was:
a British citizen; or
legally settled in the UK.
如果你孩子是在你拿永居之前出生的话, 你申请永居的时候应该include him in the application, 根据MN1 Section 1(3)申请国籍的时候他的护照上面就有永居的stamp.
如果你孩子是在你拿永居之后出生的话, 他自动得到国籍. 你就可以直接帮他申请护照. – 我猜你是这种, 因为你说你孩子没有永居的stamp.

可以讲清楚你是那种情况吗 ﹣﹣到底你孩子是在你拿永居前或后出生？
如果是前的话，不明白你为什么不帮他办护照并申请PR，这种情况你只能打去Home office去问，因为正常的不可能发生这种情况。
如果是后的话，直接去Ips网站或去邮局拿护照申请表，提供你护照等证明你孩子是在你Settle之后出生的证明。
孩子在拿永居前出生为啥非要给孩子办护照和签证? 。这有啥不正常的?又不回国，根本没必要。
直接申请入籍，然后申请英国护照就行了。
至少我家孩子是，在父母永居前出生，一岁之内除了出生证啥都没，因为没离开过英国也不需要，一岁之后才申请的入籍和英国护照
十年的永居不可以带家属。
