我同意贷款继续进行直到拿钥匙那天。我律师会用新的贷款来偿还我先有未还的贷款。还有重新分配一下现有的人身保险。还有就是登记正确的房产契约

我同意应该房贷进行至完成，我们的法律代表指示从新的抵押贷款偿还现有贷款，并重新分配现有寿险保单的保单持有人，并进一步注册/记录放电适当的事迹
