卖家接受了我们的offer, 之后又接受另外一家买家,拒绝了我们

已经接受offer,正在等贷款的过程中,中介通知我们说卖家又重新接受了别人(卖家挂了两个中介,是另外一个中介通知的),其他的倒是没交什么费用,但是之前被broker收了一百镑贷款费,想问问各位大神,因为第一次买房,也知道不到complete之前都有权利改变主意,如果之后再找到比较满意的房子,万一卖家中途又反悔,那已经交的额外费用有没有什么保障呢,比如有没有什么保险之类的可以降低损失,另外,我这个broker已经交的费用能不能要回来呢? 第一次买房,没经验,谢谢大家。

很可惜,成交前是可以随意反悔的,除非你有交押金否则买家卖家都可以反悔
