已经接受offer，正在等贷款的过程中，中介通知我们说卖家又重新接受了别人（卖家挂了两个中介，是另外一个中介通知的），其他的倒是没交什么费用，但是之前被broker收了一百镑贷款费，想问问各位大神，因为第一次买房，也知道不到complete之前都有权利改变主意，如果之后再找到比较满意的房子，万一卖家中途又反悔，那已经交的额外费用有没有什么保障呢，比如有没有什么保险之类的可以降低损失，另外，我这个broker已经交的费用能不能要回来呢？ 第一次买房，没经验，谢谢大家。
很可惜，成交前是可以随意反悔的，除非你有交押金否则买家卖家都可以反悔
